He is in the process <br /> of restoring the fire truck and he plans to bring it to <br /> the Casey Coombs School on May 27th. <br /> V OLD BUSINESS <br /> Ernestine reported that she and firs. Hendrick had discussed <br /> the many needs of the museum. Ernestine had a list of supplies <br /> to requisition from Town Hall for the museum. <br /> Ernestine reported the following conditions prevalent in the <br /> museum which are embarrassing to the personnel and the public <br /> 1. There is a pungent odor prevalent. It smells like something <br /> died there. <br /> . The china closet in the livingroom needs to be permanently <br /> propped since it continues t lean forward. <br /> . There are reports of snakes coming out of a hole in the <br /> floor. <br /> i <br /> . Screen doors need screen repairs in many areas. The flies <br /> were very thio recently when the hot weather arrived. The <br /> screen door needs to be rFehung due to the sinking o f the <br /> building. <br /> . The crags in the display eases are a regular problem. it <br /> is a dangerous situation to children visitors to the museum. <br /> 6. There is a hole in the liyingroom window facing the parking <br /> lot. <br /> . The carpeting in the hallway is buckling. A new runner <br /> was promised several years ago. <br /> The vacuum cleaner that they clean the rug with, has dnly <br /> five inch nozzle - only an attachment. <br /> . A new lock is needed for the upstairs window facing the <br /> parking lot. <br />
