Constance Crosby had called Joanne to inquire if the H. C . had any concerns . T e onl concern Joanne had was relative to the burial ground on 130 . i Greg Taylor could like the H. C . to draft a letter indicat- ing that the H. C . had enough confidence in Greg Taylor, that if something should core up while, they were construct- ing ons r ct- ing the mike path, that we feel that he would take precau- tions . - tions . Greg said that -if they required an- environmental study prepared, it would causle, c.ansidercable delay to the project . Greg plained that they have identified about 500 trees which were over six inches; they plan to cut only about 20, most of which were distressed. Although , the bike path is allocated to be 8 feet wide , they gill , ext the width doer to only 5, feet where necessary. The asphalt will only be three inches deep. Joanne stated they would draft a letter indicating that they felt that Greg could take all precautions , Joanne explained that Regan Realty has listed ec with ' property on Pimlico Pond. A Nichols family had phoned Joanne and advised that the for sale sign had been posted. . and asked if we were aware 11- ere was a. burial ground in that area . Joa .e sent her a copy of the plot plan. Joanne advised that three members who were up for Corm. si-on Review, their terms would expire June 30th; Hazel Oakley, Ernestine Gray, and Rosemary Burns . Ernestine hes presented her letter of resignation. Ernestine has done a. magnificent job as a commission imeMDer , She will be very much mi sed. Rosemary will continue as a member er of the historical comrnii -- sion with the hope that her schedule may be flexible to ac- commodate her commitments . -
