Joanne suggested that the secretary call the Torn Clerk ' s office to inquire relative to the prose-lure to be fo11owed in reporting this information. Joanne explained that Ernestine had broup-ht up some issues relative to the condition of the museum during the May meeting of the H. CP Joanne has written a letter fo r . hritenour advising him of the conditions existing in the museum and asked treat he schedule a meeting with the mem- bers of the historical commissiuon and the museum t discuss the issue further . Joanne sent a notice listing i the supplies which were required by the museum. BUDGET : Joanne advised that the balance remaining inthe 'nugget had to be spent by June 30th.. Joanne suggestd that the boob x'500 NATIONS - An illustrated History of Native American Indians' by Alvin M. Joseph, Jr . , and Alphred M. Knopf should be ordered. The p-r ice is $50 .00 * Further,Rosemary has 'Ween looking into a fireproof file cabinet which is listed at $15375 . , County purc ase , $7 9 , osemar r su rges ted they also consider the purchase of a regular file cabinet at $110 . , plus $20 . add-itional for 1 o c';,c..
