This situation is the result of a resident's dissatisfaction with the <br /> implementation of the pet poli r; and, the resident's failure to report income in a timely manner in <br /> accordance with the terns of the lease and regulation. <br /> Legislative Education Day is February 5, 1996--snore information to follow. <br /> Sonne residents have advised that the Tenant's Association is not functioning properly in spite of <br /> the Director's providing documentation, information with regard to Tenant Association functions. <br /> The residents may dissolve the Association, at which time Ms. Reed will advise the .Board so that <br /> proper procedure may be followed in applying for a waiver from I HCD. <br /> The Executive Direct-or's Office has been changed back to the original plan—the formerDirector's <br /> of lce is now the Conference/Board Room. <br /> The Director or will be attending theMass ass 1AH Fall Conference in Lowell on SLInday, Monday,, <br /> and 'I'Llesday. <br /> Mrs. N4111requested that copies of the Board rnember handbook be copies for all Board members <br /> or purchase copies for all hoard members.
