Rents were all paid in full. This past month we <br /> had Bingo, as usual. We also had our annual christrnas Party/Pot luck, which was very well <br /> attended this year. 19 residents came, as well as Paul And, our maintenance man, and myself. <br /> ree _A&M/705: 100% occupancy. Rents were all paid in full. For Christmas, a local <br /> company donated gifts to distribute to 4 children at Breezy Acres. I sent a thank you letter to <br /> the company on behalf of the authority and the families. <br /> Mqgfino mended: <br /> This month I attended the following meetings: the SHADO (Small Housing Authority Director's <br /> Organization) meeting, the Mashpee CoA(Council on Aging) board meeting, The I AHC <br /> (Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee),, and the CCNSC (cape cod Neighborhood Support <br /> Coalition) board meeting. I also helped deliver gifts for the elderly shut-ins for the council on <br /> Aging. Many committees and boards cancelled their member meetings. <br /> M1� <br /> 0 DHCD has denied our budget and asked that . .00 be cut from it. Part of the cut <br /> came from line 4190 (Administrative other), which would be the line-item for office <br /> expenses Le, supplies,, copier, telephone, etc), The rest carne out of fine 4420 <br /> (Maintenance Materials and Supplies) and lire 4430 contract Costs). Although we of <br /> course will do our best to stay within the reduced budgeted amount, if we do go over- <br /> budget, we will need to seely a subsidy from [ HCC . <br /> • Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust: I have confirmed that Katt Patrick has drafted <br /> legislation and a bill has been filed for the land to be transferred to the trust by the <br /> town. Representative Patric 's office will notify me when it is assigned a docket <br /> number. I have been in communication with Stuart Bornstein who is eager to start <br /> development of the Douse. I have signed the contract with the cape cod Commission <br /> for the grant we are going to receive for a consultant. I have received the name of a <br /> consultant that Bourne Housing Authority has used and will be contacting her to see if <br /> she is interested in conducting an interview for the consulting position. <br /> FYI: I will be taping a weed's vacation from January 10- . <br /> H P Vouchers: We have 1 AHVP voucher. <br /> MRVP Vouchers(Mobile):ile : currently we have 23 voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> MVP Project Based Vouchers:: lie currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. <br /> Sermon : Ile currently have 31 Housing choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Page 3 of <br />
