Stuart Peoples, and Richard Halpern. Dan <br /> Homeyer and LaVerne Williams were absent. Also in attendance was Dile Botsford, Executive <br /> Director. Mr. Halpern was welcomed and introduced to the board members that were present. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> minutes for the regular meeting.held on May 8,, 2003 were presented. A motion was rade b <br /> Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Harsh to acdept the minutes as presented. The <br /> motion was adopted. <br /> TR SURER's REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrati ve: hers. Botsford provided a t-easurer's report with regards to the <br /> bank accounts and the Budget to Actual Report, prepared by the accountant, which <br /> represented the eleventh month of the fiscal year. Mrs. Botsford-pointed out Mr. Joy's report <br /> that, other than the over-run in the insurance lure item, there were no extraordinary <br /> expend itu res and, other than $9.00 in water and sewer, all other line items were within budget. <br /> written Bank Account Status report was provided to the board. <br /> i <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $7,,011.53 were presented to the Board for review,, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. <br /> i <br /> Rent Delin uencies* hers. Botsford stated that all vents are paid in full at both Hoeer Village <br /> and Breezy Acres. <br /> notion was rade by Mr, Peoples and seconded by Nor. Halpem to accept the <br /> treasurers report as presented, The motion was adopted. <br /> ]EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> RT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had availed her reports to the board for the month of May. It <br /> is attached to these minus Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford added the following report which was briefly discussed: <br /> • We received permission from the state to dispose of old files and records. I am in the <br /> process of purging the files for the information and disposing of it properly i.e. <br /> shredding it . <br /> • For fiscal year 2004 it is expected that there will be cutbacks. It is possible that we may <br /> experience a reduction in staff time/pay and we may meed to consider altering our <br /> business hours. This is simply speculation, as budget guidelines have not yet been <br /> released by DH :D. <br /> I had a telephone conversation n with our r MRVP representative at DHCD mega rd i rig an <br /> overpayment to Mashpee Village for Project Based Rentals.
