A copy of a recent letter I sent
to Mashpee Village is enclosed for your information.
0 I met with a developer, Steve Gi trelis, who will be ubmitting an application for a 40B
development in Mashpee for all rental knits. He has requested a letter of support from
the housing authority. I have seen the preliminary plans and figures and I arra
i m pressed with the development. It is my recommendation ion that we send a letter of
support. An alternative would be to ask hien for a personal presentation at one of our
future meetings.
• Deter Christian (our new Maintenance Laborer) is working out well. He has requested
that he work two -hour days,, one being on Saturday(the other on Friday). This has
not been done In the past, but it could stand to benefit our residents, particularly at our
family site, as he could do work orders on Saturday when most are home.
0 Duce to a personal commitment with my church group I have made for the Island 3rd
Tuesdays of each month, I will no longer be available to attend the Mashpee Affordable
Housing Committee meetings which are geld the first Tuesday of each month at 7:15
PM.
