Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on Larch 9, 2006 were presented. A motion was made b► Mr. <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr. Haipern to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER' REPORT: <br /> Budaet to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurers report including the Budget to Actual <br /> Deport, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the ninth month of the fiscal year. <br /> She reviewed and provided an explanation for variances. Mrs. Botsford also provided a bank account <br /> report to the board. <br /> Accounts arable : Payables totaling $10.,738.70 were presented to the Board for review, approval and <br /> signatures.The warrant was presented to.the chairperson.for his signature. <br /> � ;Rf. ,rte • .� . . Mm. Botsford <br /> reported that unfortunately we will have yet another unit tura-over at Homeyer pillage. A tenant has <br /> given notice that she will be moving at the end of May to be closer to her family. This rakes 7 unit turn- <br /> overs for this fiscal year, for which we only budgeted for 2. Please be prepared for over-ruins in contract <br /> costs (account # 4430), extraordinary maintenance (account# 6510), and probably maintenance <br /> materials (account #4420), as well. <br /> motion was made by Mr. Halpern and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the treasurers <br /> report as presented.
