Executive Directors Association) meeting, the WHCTF Womenfs Health <br /> Care Task Force) and the Ivan McKay Section 8 workshop Training. <br /> • The monthly M VP AHVP Df H reports were submitted. <br /> The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> • Lease Addenrurs have all been signed for all Horeyer Village and Breezy Acres annual <br /> re er cations. <br /> • Annual inspections were all done at both Horneyer Village and Breezy Acres. <br /> • our Contract for Financial Assistance has been approved by DHD. Hopefully the funds will be <br /> corning in the next month or so. <br /> • our MRVP Project Based numbers are down again. I am trying to work with Mashpee Village <br /> around getting more units leased up, but the progress is slow. <br /> • The waiting list update is still being done. After all results are in I will report thea to the board <br /> to decide whether or not we want to re-open some of our lists. <br /> • I received notice from our maintenance person, Bob Hoelte, that he is going to retire completely. <br /> His nonce was effective for April 4. I advertised the position and offer Vincent Gault-the-position. <br /> Vincent was the person filling the temporary position and has been extraordinary. He has <br /> accepted the position. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have I ANAP voucher. <br /> VP Voucher (Mobile): Currently we have 15 voucher molders in Mashpee. <br /> SVP Project Based Vouchers* we currently have 33 PB Vouchers leased. <br /> DHS+!
