'J N O111 K. <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairperson at 5:40 p.m. A quorum declared with the following <br /> members present: David Harsch, Richard Halpern, Francis Laporte, and Dan Homeyer. Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. There was no public comment. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on May 11, 2006 were presented. A motion was made by Mr, <br /> Laporte and seconded by Mr. Halpern to accept the minutes as printed. The motion was <br /> adopted. <br /> TREASURER"S REPORT: <br /> Budget_to A tual.and Narrative:_ Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget to Actual <br /> Report,rt, prepared by the fee-accournt nt, which represents through the eleventh month of the fiscal year. <br /> She reviewed and provided an explanation for variances. Mrs. Botsford also provided a bank account <br /> report to the board. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $7,688.44 we paid on June 8, 2006 and payables tonight total <br /> $2,7'87.115, Which•' ere presented to the Board for review, epprovaI and signatures. The warrant was <br /> presented to the rice-chairperson for his signature. <br /> Rent Delin f urie : Mr-s,s Botsford ste that r"rentsire paid'in'.full,at Hoeer'Village: one-resident <br /> . <br /> at Breezy Acres was only able to pay about of her rent. We are in an agreement for her to pay the <br /> balance before the end of June. The-neW tenant at Breezy Acres has moved in, as we as.the new tenant <br /> at Horneyer Village. We are now at 100% occupancy again at both developments. <br /> motion was made by Mr. Halpern and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the treasurer's <br /> report ars presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE I E TOR" REPORT: <br /> T: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of May and it Is <br /> attached to these minutes as Attachment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional short written report, which was discussed. The report was as <br /> follows: <br /> • Patrick McMahon has left E.A. Fish Associates. Betsy Collins has filled in as project manager. <br /> • Last Thursday, DHCD carne down for a site-visit at Asher's Path (they have to approve the site <br /> under the. oB pyres) <br /> • .t int With E.A,, Fish Associates forµan updaten the d �i �opmer�t; T� y've met with the:town <br /> ,, planner and he made a,suggestions of turning the building a little on the site. An update of the <br /> �~ .. pian is ire'dour pact et. we are meeting with the cape X�od Commissiorn in weeks regarding the <br /> application' for HOME funds. There is also a presentation planned.in July for the affordable <br /> housing committee, which I do plan on attending as well. We will also be leaving-an abutter's <br /> meeting in July so that abutters to the Ashers Path development can come in and see the plans <br /> Page 1 of <br />
