NEW we BUSINESS. <br /> cc r t riLs Contract r naval: Mrs. Botsford stated that the Fee Accountanes contract has been <br /> prepared for a two-year period. After a brief discussion a motion was made by Mr. Laporte,, which <br /> was seconded by Mr. Halpern, to renew the Fee Accountants contract for a period of two <br /> years. The motion carried. <br /> StiWnd for carry e [ge n phone Mrs. Botsford reminded the board that they had asked her to find <br /> out what other housing authorities paid for a stipend to their supervisors/directors who have to carry an <br /> emergency pager or phone. Mr's. Botsford presented the board with the results of the survey she has <br /> conducted of other small housing authorities.sties. ir. Laporte mentioned that the average is a low of and <br /> a high of$50. It was mentioned that the funding for this should come out of the maintenance contracts <br /> line item. After a brief discussion a motion was made by Nor. Laporte, which was seconded by Mr. <br /> Halpern, to allocate o per week for carrying the emergency phone/pager, The motion <br /> carried. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> CPA Community Preservation Act update F eport from liaison. Mr. Halpei r, .Mated that there were very <br /> few funding requests submitted. Decisions'will probably be made by the end of tete year. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: gone that haven't already been discussed. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2006 at 5:30 PM. A motion was <br /> made by Mr. Homeyer and seconded by Mr. Laporte to adjourn. The tenant that left owing money has started to repay <br /> us. we have started the work to turnover the unit that was vacated last month. A new tenant has <br /> already been selected. We are hoping that they will be able to move in before the end of November. <br /> I attended the SHAD Small Housing Authority Directors Organization) meeting and the <br /> a sh pee Human Services inti ng. <br /> The monthly M VP AHVP/DMH reports were submitted. <br /> • The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> I will be attending the MassNAHRO fall conference November 12-14 <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 1 AHVP voucher. <br /> MRVP Voucher- (Mobile): Currently we have 14 voucher holders in Mashpee. <br /> MVP Project Based Vouchers; We currently have 3S PB Vouchers leased. <br /> DHM Program: We currently have 3 leased. <br /> Section : We currently have 8 Housing Choice Vouchers leased in Mashpee. <br /> Page 3 of <br />
