Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director/Board Secretary. Charlotte Carron was absent. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> The chairperson asked for a report from the Executive Director. <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that everything at the office is under control. She has been in frequent contact with <br /> Alice Eld, her 8dministrative assistant. Mir. Halpern asked if Vincent was working fall time. Ms. Botsford <br /> responded that since sher's Path is ahead of schedule and expected to open on the first of September, <br /> Vincent would start working full time in mid-August. Torn Joy hes helped get the health insurance <br /> paperwork processed so that Vincent coverage can start, Ms. Botsford stated that, since there was no <br /> August meeting planned, payroll had been done ahem of time—through September— so that has been <br /> taken care of. Landlord payments have been made,Accounts payables are done, and payroll takes are <br /> done. Mrs_ Botsford stated that she thought there would, be a lapse of about two weeks and she's asked <br /> Tom Joy to.discuss it with Vincent. <br /> There was a discussion about Mrs. Botsford using sick time only for the time she's not working and giving <br /> credit for the time she is working from the hospital/home. Mr. Laporte asked if there was a policy in <br /> place. Mrs. Botsford explained what the personnel policy states and she said she would double-check it <br /> and email it to the ward, Mrs. Botsford stated than she has several months of sick time accrued. Mr. <br /> Harsch-,asked abort hxr expected recovery time. Mrs. Botsford stated-that they are estimating between <br /> throe and five months. Right now, while the breaks are healing, she cannot put any weight on her leg. <br /> After abort 10 weeks or so, if she gets approval for weight bearing, there will be a period of time when <br /> she has to re-learn to walk again. There will then be a period of time before she is able to drive again. <br /> Mr. Laporte asked what amount of time she would need to actually be in the office. Mrs. Botsford stated <br /> about 2 hours a day, since most of the work she does she is able to do over the Internet using <br /> oToMyP ,com.
