Mrs. Botsford explained that Asher's path is moving along quickly. People are in the process of being <br /> qualified and when they are offered a unit the tenants are expected to pay a security deposit. There is a <br /> steady flow of applicants corning in. Mrs. Botsford stated she would get an update from Peabody <br /> Properties and email it to the board. <br /> Mr. Laporte asked if there was anything the board could do to assist during her recovery. Mrs. Botsford <br /> stated that she could just use their continued flexibility, patience and understanding. Mr. Harsch stated <br /> that it seemed like everything was under good control. <br /> Mr. Halpern then distributed a report from the town regarding tax-taking properties available for <br /> affordable housing.
