After a short discussion, a motion was made by Mr. LaPorte Ms. <br /> Alien and seconded by Ms. Allen adopt the new Section 8 Utility Schedules as(presented <br /> effective for November 1, 2009. Ther motion carried. <br /> Executive Director Review: The last complete review of Mrs. Botsford was two years ago and the board <br /> agreed to conduct a review in November 2009. Board members were provided with a copy of the review <br /> form. It was requested that the goals and objectives from the last review be provided to the board <br /> members-and that this item be addressed at the next meeting. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> CPA(Communily(CommunityPreservation Act._u ate f eggrt from liaison: Mr. Halpern had no update to report. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford Mated there was nothing that hadn't <br /> already been discussed or presented to the board. <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2003 at :00 PM. A motion was <br /> made by Mr, LaPorte and seconded by Ms.Allen to adjourn. The motion carried.
