Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 12, 2017,the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance with the following conditions; <br /> 1. A Variance in the amount of 16,017 square feet for the lot size, and short 20 feet of <br /> lot frontage for this zoning district. <br /> 2.
