Board of Appeals Minutes - October 23, 1991 19 . <br /> 1 <br /> Mr . Hanrahan said that these items were not within the <br /> authority of the Board of Appeals . Mr. Bonvie said he was not <br /> considering an extension of the permit and would continue to <br /> include conditions from the Board of Health if any future <br /> extensions were requested . <br /> Mr . Bonvie stated that $300,000 in taxes were to be paid <br /> shortly and he has spent approximately $800, 000 in building <br /> permits and taxes . He asked for a list of items which was <br /> realistic. . He said he no longer needed occupancy permits and <br /> would return to the Board when these were needed . <br /> Minutes : September 25, 1991 . Mr. Hanrahan corrected an <br /> inconsistency in the wording on p . 2 "Petition is open to new <br /> information" . He suggested this should be omitted . Mr. <br /> Hanrahan moved to accept the corrected minutes . Mr. Makunas <br /> seconded . All agreed . <br /> Board member: There was a discussion of a vacancy of an <br /> Associate Member on the Board . <br /> Legal A--vice : There was discussion of the need for legal <br /> advice on several petitions pending . <br /> Mr. Hanrahan moved to adjourn at 9 : 05 P.M .
