MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE -- REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 8, 2000 PAGE 10 <br /> Lopez will meet with Mrs. Tavares to discuss needs. <br /> Mrs. Tavares suggested that the history of 1lashpee <br /> could be a required subject rather than an elective <br /> as Ma hp e is rich with Indian history. Mrs. <br /> Tavares offered to present this suggestion to the <br /> School Committee. <br /> 11.2.8 Health dyiscr r. Committee -- Mrs. Lopez said there <br /> was no meeting pending grant approval. <br /> XII. Other Mrs. Cook commended Colleen Terrill for the mock <br /> presidential election, recently held in the Quashnet School. <br /> Mrs. Mills noted the fundraising policy which should be <br /> approved by the School Committee only if the event is <br /> school-sponsored. <br /> To that end, a motion was made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded <br /> by Mrs. Cook, to approve the currently on-going pizza and <br /> cookie dough fundraiser at the Quashnet School. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> XIII. Executive session Executive Session was Meld earlier in the meeting. <br /> XRT.
