8 <br /> • Board of Selectmen. <br /> Minutes <br /> February 11, 2002 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Cemetery Discussion: (continued) <br /> *Motion made by Selectman Leveille to amend the RFP to include the <br /> maintenance of both cemeteries. <br /> *No second <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to move forward with the RFP as <br /> presented for the maintenance of the new cemetery only. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: 2-2. Motion does not carry—No Action. <br /> Selectman Marsters, Selectman Uveille in opposition. <br /> The Selectmen agreed to meet with the Cemetery Building Committee <br /> next week to address pending issues. <br /> • It was noted that there are no outstanding punch list construction items <br /> associated to the process of burial. Presently, there are four residents <br /> awaiting burial in the new Town Cemetery. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to open cemetery operations <br /> associated to the burial process. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Uveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> The Town Administrator was directed to obtain further information <br /> relative to the new cemetery proposal as it relates to the initial formation <br /> of the Cemetery Building Committee, and actions identified for the <br /> expansion proposal for additional review. <br /> • <br />
