Has been under budgeted in the past. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw will ask the Town Manager if the Committee can delay their vote on the <br /> budget. The Committee agrees to ask for a delay. <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Grady to end the FYI l Public Hearing. <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> IV. Public Comment <br /> Suzanne Avtges, MTA President had several comments. <br /> 1. Mrs. Avtges stated it would have been helpful to have the budget report <br /> before the meeting. <br /> 2. Conflict of Interest Training-Mrs. Avtges has sent a letter to Mr. Bailey <br /> on behalf of the MTA officially asking to sit down and talk more about the <br /> Conflict of Interest Training. <br /> 3. Advanced Placement Training and Awards Program (APTAP) Application <br /> passed first round. This grant will provide professional development for AP <br /> teachers, study sessions for students, materials and provides bonuses to teachers <br /> based on the AP scores. <br /> The MTA has some concerns regarding the application by the district for this <br /> initiative grant for the AP program at the MHS. After discussion with the <br /> Executive Board and members of the association a letter has been sent to Mr. <br /> Bailey requesting an opportunity to bargain the conditions within the AP grant. <br /> V. *Approval of Minutes <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion seconded by Mr. Franco to approve the minutes of <br /> November 4, 2009. <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Franco to approve the minutes of <br /> November 18, 2009. <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Franco to approve the minutes of <br /> December 2, 2009. <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> VI.
