Mrs. Botsford apologized that she neglected to mail her report for February as it had been an <br /> extremely busy month. <br /> • Carver is going well. There were residents at the last board meeting expressing how <br /> happy they are with the new management. That contract is up at the end of March. <br /> • Brewster is running smoothly. The AUP audit should be done there in the next month <br /> or so. <br /> • The annual MassHousing review of Asher's Path takes place tomorrow. <br /> • The monthly Energy Consumption reports were submitted. <br /> • The monthly Board Member Attendance Certification report was submitted. <br /> • All bank reconciliations have been done. <br /> • All MRVP/AHVP, Great Cove Community, and Asher's Path recertifications are <br /> done. <br /> • Whenever available, I regularly attend the meetings for Executive Directors (i.e. <br /> SMEDA, SHADO, etc.), as well as the MassNAHRO board meeting and all sub- <br /> committee meetings. <br /> • I continue on the committee to hire the new Executive Director for MassNAHRO. <br /> We finished the process and Donna Brown-Ergo will be offered the position. <br /> • Carol offered the administrative assistant position to someone today. Hopefully she <br /> can start next week. <br /> • The monthly MRVP/AHVP reports were submitted. <br /> AHVP Vouchers: We have 2 AHVP voucher holders leased <br /> MRVP VOUCHERS (MOBILE): Currently we have 31 voucher holders leased. <br /> MRVP Project Based Vouchers: We currently have 38 PB vouchers leased. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A_ ) Town/CPC HAP reporting change request: Mrs. Botsford had previously sent the board the <br /> emails from the town manager along with his list of questions. Mrs. Botsford reviewed <br /> each of the questions with the board as well as answers for the board to consider. Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that most of this information has already been provided to the selectmen in <br /> other formats, but she can create specific reports as outlined in their request. Of course, no <br /> names, addresses, or other identifying information can be provided with regards to the <br /> tenants we are assisting. Mrs. Botsford has previously sent to the town manager the <br /> regulations we are bound by with confidentiality of records and information. The chair <br /> stated that after Mrs. Botsford has prepared the written responses and the reports requested, <br /> he would like to jointly send a cover letter with Mrs. Botsford to the town manager and <br /> hopefully put an end to this. Mrs. Botsford will let the town manager know that this will <br /> take place and as soon as everything is prepared, the chair and the executive director will <br /> get together to complete the cover letter. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> B AUP (Agreed Upon Procedures re ort and res onse: Mrs. Botsford had provided the board <br /> with the draft AUP from Guyder Hurley which represents and audit of Fiscal Year 2017.
