Weznlak requested to amend the mmutes to reflect the `ollov g; <br /> Dr. Petti left the meeting after the interview with Allen M. Lieb,Architects, <br /> and to amend the motion on page six: ...to request the Board of Selectmen <br /> W requeLthk-Vaccaroto reconsider the resignation, and not fill the present <br /> vacancy at this time. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mason to approve the minutes of Monday, <br /> December 21, 1998 as amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Thomas. <br /> Unanimous. - . <br /> 1r. Peltier abstained. <br /> REQRGANIZATIO—N-: <br /> The Committee agreed to defer the matter of reorganization until the.next <br /> scheduled meeting. <br /> WJE DELIGENCE <br /> The Committee voted at the last meeting to conduct due diligence on the <br /> following architectural firms in no order of preference; Allen M. Lieb Architects, <br /> Charles J. Nafle &Associates CJNA , and Wallace,Floyd, Associates, Inc. <br /> Chief Baker indicated that he received letters of appreciation from CJI <br /> and Wallace, Floyd Associates for being selected as potential candidates <br /> interviewed for the Mas pee Fire&Rescue design project proposal. <br />
