Tentative Construction Schedule: <br /> Tentative start date: April 1, 2000—Ten-month construction schedule. <br /> The permit application with stamped plans and specifications is expected <br /> to be forwarded to the Building Inspector's Office on 2/28/00. <br /> As with normal procedures, work will not proceed if there is a code <br /> violation or critical construction defect until the issue has been corrected. <br /> The Architect indicated that he would be on site.weekly or on a biweekly <br /> ly <br /> basis in the early stages of the project as deemed necessary. <br /> 11. Critical Work Seguencing&Phasing: <br /> The Architect requested to be notified 48 hours in advance to ti <br /> schedule Project Engineers to address agenda items pertaining <br /> to their area of expertise. <br /> To substantial completion dates are considered for the project to rale <br /> the new addition operational. Upon first substantial completion, the <br /> Owner's insurance assumes responsibility for wort , with the exception of <br /> punch list items. The final acceptance of the project will occur after the <br /> second date of substantial completion in phase Il. <br /> The moving of Fire Department staff was discussed. <br /> 12. DesigLiation of Responsible Personnel Project Team Direagy, Chai of <br /> Command and Communication: <br /> Standen Contracting Company distributed an organizational project chart. <br /> The Project Manager is John Marshall. Jerald Loranger is the noted <br /> Superintendent. His resume will be forwarded to the Architect and <br /> Fire Station Building Committee. <br /> The Architect recommended that 1 pasty assume responsibilities to <br /> employ a testing laboratory.
