Phelan for the repair of a blown tire. It was noted that <br /> the vehicle at the thnae of the incident was located in the rear parking area. <br /> As a result of general site conditions during the construction process, an <br /> assortment of nails were left unattended to and scatteredthe parking <br /> area. This factor resulted in the blown tire. <br /> Motion made by fir. Petti to remit correspondence to the general <br /> eontraetor,Standen Constriction Company guest of <br /> reimbursement to the referenced Firefighter for the tire.repair. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Hamblin. <br /> VOTE: Tnam*mous. <br /> Associated Elevator—Car Door Kick Plate Repair: $175.00: <br /> The Clerk of the works indicated that he observed the elevator car door <br /> kick plate as being inose upon installation. This matter was documented. <br /> Pictures were-also taken to detail this observation.
