The Cape Cod <br /> Commission would also present to the Planning Board. Mr. Lehrer noted that not every tool <br /> would work in every location,but encouraged the Board to remain flexible to consider new <br /> ideas. Education would allow fihe Board to make strong decisions in the best interest of the <br /> Town. <br /> Mr. Lehrer will invite his guest to the first meeting in June. <br /> Report on Quashnet River Footbridge-The Chair confirmed that a meeting was being <br /> planned for April 25th. Mr. Rowley had taken some measurements, but noted that other photos <br /> of the site should be available. Mr. Lehrer will follow up with the Conservation Department for <br /> more information about possible GIS plotting and photographs. <br /> Country Club Lane.Intersection with Old Barnstable Road-Mr. Rowley reported that <br /> there was no additional information from Ken Marsters' engineer. Mr. Marsters had received <br /> feedback from the golf club their wish that work be completed and Mr. Lehrer confirmed that <br /> Wayne Taylor and Catherine Laurent also wished to see action at the site. Mr. Lehrer also left a <br /> message with Mr. Marsters. The Town wished to pursue design of the intersection with the <br /> involvement of Mr. Rowley,the Fire Department, Police Department and Public Works, Mr. <br /> Lehrer was working on scheduling a meeting. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to authorize Charles Rowley to attend the <br /> meeting. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated that, as long as the sidelines did not change, it would likely be a minor field <br /> change. Mr. Rowley stated that Mr. Marsters should share his plans with the Planning Board, <br /> since it was a subdivision street falling under the jurisdiction of the Planning Board. <br /> BOARD MEMBER UPDATES <br /> Chairman's Report-No update <br /> Design Review Committee-No meeting <br /> .Community Preservation Committee-The Chair will share Town Warrant Articles on <br /> May 2 <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-No meeting due to lack of quorum <br /> Historic District Commission-Mr. Balzarini reported that the Country Store granted <br /> permission to add a shed. Mr. Balzarini added that a grant was received for a Wampanoag <br /> Revolutionary War monument. The Chair stated that funds would be needed to redesign the <br /> walkways, which would be requested in Warrant Article 1.
