Patrons paid replacement fees for 10 items which have been lost or damaged.
During the month of March, patrons have been billed for 51 items that are sufficiently overdue to
warrant a notice. Ideally, a good percentage of these items will be returned when the patron
receives a bill for the cost of replacing the items.
Eighteen items have been deemed"missing."
