Fire Station No. o Current Progress — The project continues to proceed at a good pace and is at % complete. The interior trim in the admin area is complete and the contractor is currently starting the interior painting. The apparatus bay is currently being sheet rocked and plastered. The interior finishes such as flooring, cabinets and tops are expected to begin by the mid August. o Project Schedule — The contractor remains ins on schedule and we would expect to see substantial completion gained by the end of August and the project 100% complete with punch list, turnover documentation and ready for operation by the mid to end of September 2008. o Quality-of Work —The quality of work on site remains excellent. The General Contractor maintains full time site supervision and 11 ashpee's on-site Clerk continues to be on site for approximately 20 hours per week. o Water Line—The water line is 100% complete, tested and signed off on by the water Department. o Electronics and IT—Ido new information. o Project Changes — Please see the attached PCO/Change order Log. Change order #4 is pending approval. o Project RB`I's—There are no outstanding RF1's at this tirn . o Project Budget—Please see the attached Development Budget o Open Issues at This Time—The vehicle exhaust recover system bids have been received and the bids are under review. Catherine Laurent has been soliciting landscaping quotes and work should start in the fall planting season. Cape Might Compact has completed its review and analysis. Final rebate report to follow.
