Petit <br /> Info ,outdoorliyin a periences.com <br /> Michael Petit, Ken Foster, and Rick Concordi appeared. Michael Petit addressed the meeting: <br /> • OLE (Outdoor Living Experiences) is a home service for people's back yards. He works with <br /> company called J J Materials who has location in Bourne. Parent company is in Seekonk, <br /> M . <br /> • OLE offers products for outdoor living. <br /> Ken Foster owns reale-away Grill; Rick Concordi owns casual Design. They're partnered up <br /> to present this concept at this meeting this morning. <br /> Outdoor space site will function as display space. <br /> Walter Yarosh stated that the property they're considering to change has some issues with permitting. <br /> The original Special Permit did not allow for any outdoor sales or storage of materials. The space in <br /> question was to be as undisturbed land so what is being done noir is not allowed by the By-Law and <br /> Casual Design doesn't have permit to do it. None of the displays there now were ever approved. <br /> They are in the buffer area and that is not allowed. <br /> issues: <br /> 1. The proposal at hand right now would have to go through Special Permit process. <br /> . What is outside there noir is illegal and has to come down. <br />
