Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Maahpee D si n Review Committee and <br /> Mash pee Pian Review committee <br /> Held Tuesday, .dune 5, 201 <br /> Maebpee Town Hall Meeting Doom 1 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Marr LeBlanc, and Jonathan Furbush <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> charite Maintanisa Local Inspector <br /> .Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Toni Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Scott carline, Police Department <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br /> Charlie I aintanis called the meeting to order at :01 a.m. <br /> arpanoag 'pillage <br /> 184 Meetinghouse Road <br /> Informal dlscu Sion internal driveways <br /> Don Bracken and J. Briggs a eared# Don Bracken said they are trying to find a way to start <br /> roadway on the project. He said Plans for 40B application they prepared and ready to submit w4 <br /> months ago but the Tribe has held back submitting at this time. Grant money is available to build <br /> roads at this point. September is deadline. He said main portion of the plans were given to Charlie <br /> Rowley. Don Bracken stated they have no doubt the roadways when built will exceed standards of <br /> roadways in the Town of Mashpee. Mr. Bracken said they'll be asking for some minor waivers to <br /> some of the ales and regulations—such as some differences between catch basins; curb waivers; <br /> grading; etc. Mr. Bracken noted that Torn Fudala suggested they come to this Board about <br /> proceeding forward. He said this is similar to grater treatment project,that was designed and Built in <br /> order to get funds at that time. There is nothing in the by-laws to prohlblt doing this,* the Tribe would <br /> be doing at their own risk. Mr. Bracken said Tom Fudala suggested Torn Engineer be consulted so <br /> that when they get to the point where there is a 40B or whatever proposal it would be constructed as <br /> required by the Torn. <br /> 44 Buildings of 52 Units is total proposed buildout of the project, <br /> Right ht now only clearing site where necessary for roads and drainage system <br /> Tom Fudala said they have money to build roads now, Toni said the reason for meeting is to <br /> make sure everybody is satisfied with the layout of roads so that when they do go for 40B or <br /> sub division process there will be no problem with the roads. <br /> Walter Yarosh suggested they have interim Plan prepared so everyone is mare that ghat is <br /> beim done was approved.. <br />
