Memo from Mr. Murphy regarding the fact that the Water District voted to adopt a $00 ,000 operating budget for this Fiscal year and that bonds have been. approved by the state - it would be inappropriate for the Town to continue to provide financial support to the District . Mr. Carter stated that a seminar was to be held on June 7 . 1988 regarding Grants for Harbor Planning and that some representing the Town should attend. . Mr. Carter advised the Board that he and Phil Wilson will be meeting to discuss ongoing issues concerning Cape Cod Beans and the town . i
