Mr. Carter <br /> seconded the motion . All were in favor. Mr. Lawrence otained <br /> from the vote . <br /> Mr. Carter moved to accept the of fer to have Jnr: Seabury Corp. <br /> assume all costs associated with this special town meeting. <br /> Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor. Mr. Lawrence <br /> ob tained from the vote. <br /> i <br /> New Seaury Corporation has been put on the agenda for May 31 , 1988 <br /> at : oo p .m. to male a formal presentation on this issue. <br /> . A letter from Lakewood Homeowners Association 'requesting to close <br /> Lakewood Drive on May 28 , 1988 . All agreed that this is outside <br /> the privy of the board not a public road) . Mr. Murphy will <br /> notify the Association of this and the Association should notify <br /> the Police Department of their plans . <br /> Mr, Lawrence stated that he will be assigning members of the <br /> Board of Selectment to oversee major departments in the town for <br /> the purpose of increased communication and to do some goal setting <br /> and Problem solving within these departments <br /> 7 .
