Costa expressed his concern with this proposal as <br /> Mr. Wasil has not cooperated 100% with requirements imposed <br /> by local Boards in town. <br /> Ir*. Greelish recommended Mr, Wasil present a plan to the <br /> .B#A, and this Board for thein consideration. Mt. Greelish <br /> directed the Agent to forward a letter to the Zoning Board o <br /> Appeals stating "Reconsideration of section I 'of the 199 <br /> Special Permit is at the Board of Health's discretion with <br /> the provision that the applicant and the food vendor(s) meet <br /> all Board of Health requirements" * "No food products shall <br /> be sold at the flea market without a Board of Health permit, " <br /> *.. <br /> F <br /> r <br /> 7 f <br /> APPOINTMEI T: ` Richard' Lane - ' 30 Wilsons. Grove <br /> I <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Lane'- wee in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr, Lams questioned the Board as to why they were not <br /> permitted to increase theirbhabitablerspace when them neigh- <br /> bor is adding a foundation to their home. <br /> Ir. Greelish informed Mr, Lane D.E.P. denied his vari- <br /> ance request, <br /> Thr. Lane stated he would like to add a basement to his <br /> home for washer and dryer use.. <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr, Lame a basement would be per- <br /> mitted, as long as, there is no increase in habitable space. <br /> Mr. costa informed Mr. Lame he will be required. to sub- <br /> mit a revised plan. <br /> Mr, McQuaid uaid. informed Mr, Lame there would be no objec- <br /> tion to a half foundation for a utility room, as long as, ac- <br /> cess is from the outside only,. <br /> Mr, Costa stated he would be agreeable to basementac- <br /> cess thru the interior of the house if the proposal is for a <br /> half basement to be utilized as a utility rooms only. <br /> Mr. Greelish and Mr, Doherty also agreed with the pro- <br /> posal. <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed Mr. Lame approval must first be ob- <br /> tained from D.E.P. orr the sideline variance. <br />
