MINUTES April 1 , 1991 4 BOARD of HEALTH i I i i Nor. Costa expressed his concern with this proposal as Mr. Wasil has not cooperated 100% with requirements imposed by local Boards in town. Ir*. Greelish recommended Mr, Wasil present a plan to the .B#A, and this Board for thein consideration. Mt. Greelish directed the Agent to forward a letter to the Zoning Board o Appeals stating "Reconsideration of section I 'of the 199 Special Permit is at the Board of Health's discretion with the provision that the applicant and the food vendor(s) meet all Board of Health requirements" * "No food products shall be sold at the flea market without a Board of Health permit, " *.. Mr, Lams questioned the Board as to why they were not permitted to increase theirbhabitablerspace when them neigh- bor is adding a foundation to their home. Ir. Greelish informed Mr, Lane D.E.P. denied his vari- ance request, Thr. Lane stated he would like to add a basement to his home for washer and dryer use.. Mr. Greelish informed Mr, Lame a basement would be per- mitted, as long as, there is no increase in habitable space. Mr. costa informed Mr. Lame he will be required. to sub- mit a revised plan. Mr, McQuaid uaid. informed Mr, Lame there would be no objec- tion to a half foundation for a utility room, as long as, ac- cess is from the outside only,. Mr, Costa stated he would be agreeable to basementac- cess thru the interior of the house if the proposal is for a half basement to be utilized as a utility rooms only. Mr. Greelish and Mr, Doherty also agreed with the pro- posal. Mr, McQuaid informed Mr. Lame approval must first be ob- tained from D.E.P. orr the sideline variance.
