Mr. scipione indicated it would not meet Class I drinking water standards but does meet the D.E.P. discharge permit limits, Treatment plants discharging less than 135,000 gallons per days must meet different criteria than those over 135.,000 gallons per day, Mr. Costa motioned to issue a groundwater discharge per-- mit to the developers o "Quashnet Woods' , fir. Revised lams Nation 171 Daniels Island -Road - Mr, McQuaid stated an 811 wetlands variance was granted by this Board on April 41 1991 pending the conservation commission's verification of wetlands delineation and issuance of "order of conditions" . The conservation commission officer could not verify wetlands as they were not properly delineated on plans. Revised plans have been submitted with wetlands de- lineation however, we have not received written confirmation by the conservation Commission officer. Due to the location of the phr gmites a 261 wetlands variance is now required. The owner is proposing a second floor addition and storage space above the garage.
