Revised lams Nation 171 Daniels Island -Road - Mr,
McQuaid stated an 811 wetlands variance was granted by this
Board on April 41 1991 pending the conservation commission's
verification of wetlands delineation and issuance of "order
of conditions" . The conservation commission officer could
not verify wetlands as they were not properly delineated on
plans. Revised plans have been submitted with wetlands de-
lineation however, we have not received written confirmation
by the conservation Commission officer. Due to the location
of the phr gmites a 261 wetlands variance is now required.
The owner is proposing a second floor addition and storage
space above the garage.
