• TOWN OF MASHPEE REGULATIONS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 1 . All licenses /for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall state the permitted hours of operation of the license- holder. 2. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold outside of the -time stated on the license for the sale of alcoholic beverages . 3. Each individual licensee shall be responsible for familiarizing himself with the rules of the local licensing authority and the rules of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. 4 . For licenses permitting alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises , there shall be a 20-minute consumption period following the expiration of the last-permitted time for the sale of alcoholic Bever- ages and all patrons shall be required to leave the • licensed premises by the expiration of this 20-min- ute consumption period. S . Each individual licensee shall be required to furn- ish to the local licensing authority and hereafter maintain current by appropriate additions and dele- tions , a list setting forth the names , addresses and social security numbers of the licensee and his em- ployees .who will or may be upon the licensed premises during any period of time when the sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed for the purpose of cleaning, making emergency repairs to or providing security for such premises or preparing food for the day ' s business or. opening or closing the business in an orderly manner. 6 . No licensee shall permit any persons who are not em- ployees engaged in the business as specified in Regu- lation S hereof from entering upon fhe. licensed premi- ses during any period when the sale of alcoholic bever- ages is not allowed. 7 . Each individual licensee shall have the right to impose local rules and regulations concerning the establish- ment of a time during the last hour of business when patrons may order alcoholic beverages or be admitted • to the premises .
