There was no reason why there was a problem. They dumped there December 1st." Chm. Thomas : " That we know, it is just unfortunate that the poor woman was put through such an traumatic experience . " Mr. Ellioan: " Well I don' t know if she was put through such a traumatic experience or if she caused it herself. I don' t know that . " Chm. Thomas :" If you had septage in you cellar thats an experience . " Mr. Ellioan : " I don't want to argue that point with you. " . Sel. Garland: "Madame Chm. we are straying from the subject. " Mr. Ellioan : " I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to come here . " Sel. Garland: " I appreciate your coming here . Thank you. " OLD BUSINESS : 0 Chm. Thomas signed the bill of sale on surplus vehicles . Sal . Garland reported on the ambulance. He explained why the Ambulance Committe picked the ambulance they wanted over Mr. Anderson' s . Precision Emergency Vehicles has not been certified in this State . The Firemen do not want to be the "guinea pigs" for any company . NEW BUSINESS : 1. ) Motion by Sal. Garland to accept . the new hours at "Ma ' s Glockners" . Seconded by Chm. Thomas . This is a vote . 2 . ) On the application on license to buy, sell , exchange or assemble second hand motor vehicles , made by George Frigon, Chm. Thomas said schedule the meeting for January 5 , 1983 at 2 : OOp .m. , make sure he notifies abutters and brings a plot plan to the hearing. Discussion followed on the area. 3. ) Board okayed Wendy Rubin, Recreational Director' s memo for the use of the Cafeteria to show movies . 4 . ) Executive Secretary explained to the Board why he recommended that Lujean Printing prepair the town report because Rene last year was unable to provide a performance bond and as a result there was a delay in the print- int process-, furthermore he has seen recent Rene town reports and he found them to be of extremely poor quality. Sal . Garland moved to • accept .the bid from Lujean Printing for the black and white cover for $4038 . 70 . Board to be awarded in the best interest of the Town . Seconded by Chm. Thomas . This is a vote . 5 . ) Sel . Garland made the following announcement. The Board of Directors of the Mashpee Tax Association will hold a debate for the candidates !.that are running in the January 8 , 1983 election on Tuesday, January 4 , 1983 , at 7: 00 p .m. at the school .
