Mrs. Lynch came to discuss with the Board a proposal to have <br /> her and her husband run -the beach concession at South Cape Beach <br /> next year. They would pay the Town $750 , 00 in May and have the <br /> exclusive, rights to run the concession.' The Board took this <br /> under advisement and asked that the Executive Secretary and <br /> Wendy Rubin, the Recreation Director, review this ratter. <br /> Executive Secretary said that their recommendations should be <br /> -in to the Board in two weeks , Chin. Garland said to Mrs . Lynch <br /> that Mr, Murphy would contact her. Board than.ked her for coming. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 2 . Executive Secretary explained that we had advertised for hies for <br /> the Building Inspector's car. The first time we received no bids <br /> and after readvertising we received one bid.
