Christopher Burden of New S abury Corporation, <br /> and Thomas Fudala, Mashpee Town planner. Mr. Murphy noted that at <br /> meeting of the Board of Selectmen on April 8, 1987, it was agreed <br /> to h ve a full presentation of these prposed land-trade transactions <br /> after the 1 ec- ion for the benefit of the new members .. This subject <br /> was also discussed at the Special Town Meeting on May 4t 1987 at <br /> which time a. three-way transfer was authorized through the passage <br /> Of . r'ticle 13. Mr. Fudala has submitted a memorandum dated June 3, <br /> 1987 relative to that Town Meeting action which notes that as a part <br /> of that trade of lards between the Town, Prime Properties i Inc. and <br /> New S ea.bury 0 orpora.tion, a. plan of the 6.2 ac.re parcel of Town-owned <br /> land to be transferred to Now Seabury Corporation has been prepared <br /> at the exp, n e of the Corporation axed is ready' for the necessary <br /> - signature by the Planning Board.
