<br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded yes, Mr. Purbush. yes, Mr. DeBarros yes, and Mr. Gould yes. All
<br /> were in favor of the dock project.
<br /> 154 Industrial Drive: Petitioner SBA Properties, LLC requests a Modification to an
<br /> existing Special Permit (SP-97-70) for purposes of installing, operating, and maintaining
<br /> the existing telecommunications facility and tower on property located in an I-1 Zoning
<br /> District, Map 8 8 Parcel 31, Mashpee, MA.
<br /> Mir. Halelu a Halle and Ryan Donnelly representing SBA Properties on behalf of.AT&T.
<br /> The drawings were revised with the proper spelling of Mashpee. He said the project is an
<br /> AT&T antenna swap.
<br /> Mr. Donnelly said there is currently 12 antennas for AT&T, and they will be replacing
<br /> tluee, adding a new radio header, and replacing one of the existing radios with a total of 6
<br /> radios, and replacing three antennas. There is no change in the footprint or visual
<br /> appearance. Everything is within the sane existing shelter. He referred to sheet which

<br /> shows the equipment shelter. The ATT mounts have been reviewed by the engineer and
<br /> are-structurally adequate to support the equipment.
<br /> Mr. Mendoza asked if there were new cabinets being proposed. The reply was no.
<br /> Ir. Purbush read the Conservation Comments, and the Inspection Department into the
<br /> record.
