MA HPEE ZONING BOARD of APPEALS <br /> MEE'T'ING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 10, 2018 <br /> Mr. Connell said that Douglas wrote a letter at the time there was a completely different <br /> configuration for the Comprehensive Permit. Mr. Connell said that he was working on the <br /> re--phasing, and reconfiguring of these projects at the time wring the difficult economic <br /> situation. The original First phase there were almost no AICA requirements because there <br /> was no residential first floor. The parking spaces are noir 0% over what is required for <br /> handicapped parking. The units are slightly above 0%, and all of the housing units are <br /> fully .AICA. compliant and accessible. This is a very friendly community for people with <br /> special needs, and there's a real commitment for the ownership and will continue to do <br /> work toward this commitment. Mr. Connell said that the numbers ars public record. <br /> Mr. Feronti said they are aggressively pushing building 44, and working -with modular <br /> factories, and contractors toward meeting their goals. He said he will return in March with <br /> another update for the Board. <br /> �B11aw review Board to discuss bylaw changes. <br /> Mike Mendoza, Building Commissioner addressed the Board, and said under Chapter 40A. <br /> there are only three groups that can submit bylaw changes. The planning Board,the,honing <br /> Board of Appeals, and the Selectmen, but there"s also petitions from residents. He said he <br /> does not qualify as any of the three. He noticed several concerns with certain bylaws,,and <br /> he made some proposals for the Board to address them. He is hoping the Board will sponsor <br /> these changes for May Town Meeting, Copies were submitted to the members,, and we <br /> need to see where they-stand. These bylaw changes meed to be submitted by February 12, <br /> 20184 <br /> The Board reviewed these bylaws and made some minor changes to; § 174-33, §1'14--17.1, <br /> 174-3 7 §174- 1 (9), and §174-17 and will finalize then at the next ZBA meeting on <br /> January 24, 2018. <br /> -A rove December 13, 2017 Mectinty,Minutes <br /> 1r.
