They suggest the Town form a Committee to make those selections. ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval and payment $17 , 600 to SMMA to contract with Woodard and Curren to prepare the O & M manual for the wastewater treatment plant and RFP for operator and hauler. If approved, the Committee suggests they seek the assistance of the Board of Health to comply with all necessary requirements and pursue necessary permits to operate the treatment plant. PROFESSIONAL FEES * Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for the approval and payment $40 , 952 . 90 to SMMA for: $23 , 352 . 92 for basic services, $17 , 600 for technology consultant .
