They suggest the Town form a Committee to <br /> make those selections. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment $17 , 600 to SMMA to contract with Woodard and Curren to <br /> prepare the O & M manual for the wastewater treatment plant and RFP <br /> for operator and hauler. If approved, the Committee suggests they <br /> seek the assistance of the Board of Health to comply with all <br /> necessary requirements and pursue necessary permits to operate the <br /> treatment plant. Merry Sue seconded the motion. All members were <br /> in favor 5-0 . <br /> PROFESSIONAL FEES <br /> * Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for the approval and <br /> payment $40 , 952 . 90 to SMMA for: $23 , 352 . 92 for basic services, <br /> $17 , 600 for technology consultant . Merry Sue seconded the motion. <br /> All members were in favor 5-0 . <br /> * Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment $4 ,499 . 33 to SMMA for overseeing structural steel <br /> repairs . Merry Sue seconded the motion. <br /> The Committee will eventually attempt to recover these costs from Stone . <br /> All members were in favor 5-0** <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment $21 ,441 . 98 for Chartwell for basic services for <br /> December.
