He noted that the government has not yet tested the <br /> south side of Ashumet pond. <br /> In response to the above,Attorney Van ly e indicated that evidence <br /> is necessary to support the suspected contamination. He suggested to <br /> review the initial compliance agreement, and pursue remediation with a <br /> 0 day notice of intent to sue. <br /> If this matter becomes the number one issue, we must insist that testing <br /> will occur as part of the process stated Mr. Vans lye who suggested that <br /> the Board elect the support of the community to emphasize the importance <br /> of further testing responsibilities,, <br /> The Board requested a budget scenario for one year to pursue action. <br /> 6:40 p.m. <br />
