The <br />' Water District also did not wish to be bound to the plan. There was a 3 to 2 Grote that the Town <br /> pay the SRF loan. The Chair stated that there will continue to be a municipal role to address the <br /> Town's responsibility regarding the TMI)L . It has been suggested that Town Counsel and the <br /> Water District Counsel meet with DEP prior to finalizing the legislation. There was discussion <br /> regarding paying for the system using the tax base. <br /> -Articles Submitted-for May Town Meeting-The Chair reported that the article funding IVH <br /> Gbell had been removed. The Town.manager had indicated that funding would be available for <br /> 45 lours per month until the October Town Meeting. The Article funding the Wa uoit Bay <br /> MEP report was added to the Town Meeting Warrant. <br /> OTHERITEMS <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> M TE TG ADJOURNMENT <br /> motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mr. Santos.
