§64. Awarding of Contracts: On all contracts for which advertisement is required <br /> pursuant to §6-2, the award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Requests for Reimbursement: Requests for reimbursement shall be made on forms <br /> approved by the Allimrr er and shall include, at a minimum, the following: date <br /> of travel, destination, purpose,odometer readings at start and end of trips and <br /> signature of traveler.
