MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 22,2018 <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Approve July 25,2018 Meeting Minutes <br /> -Approve August 14,2018 Meeting Minutes <br /> Ms. Sangeleer moved to approve July 25, 2018 meeting minutes. Mr. Gould seconded <br /> yes. All were in favor. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve August 14, 2018 meeting minutes. Mr. Gould <br /> seconded yes. All were in favor. <br /> -Board to review all bylaws submitted by ZBA for final review and approval. <br /> Mr. Furbush said there is a potential to change §174-17.1 to add some wording that <br /> would directly affect the case that was presented at tonight's hearings. Mr. Furbush <br /> decided to read the bylaws in a different order of record. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said that these bylaws have been reviewed and changed by Town Counsel. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the bylaw §174-25 1 (16) Mobile Food and explained to the Board that <br /> there is currently no mention in the bylaws. Any applications for this bylaw would require <br /> plan review at Town Hall in front of the other departments. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to accept and sponsor this Mobile Food bylaw as described <br /> at the next Town Meeting. Mr. Gould seconded yes. All were in favor to accept the new <br /> bylaw. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read §174-33 Setbacks from Water and Wetlands into the record. Mr. <br /> Bonvie made a motion to sponsor and amend §174-33 Setbacks from Water and Wetlands <br /> at the next Town Meeting to include the language that was submitted. Mr. Gould seconded <br /> yes. All were in favor to amend the bylaw. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read §174-37 I-1 Zoning District, parking facilities into the record. Mr. <br /> Bonvie made a motion to sponsor §174-37 at the next Town Meeting, Mr. Gould seconded <br /> yes. All were in favor to amend the bylaw. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read §174-31 note 23 All Pools into the record. Mr. Mendoza mentioned to <br /> the Board that there is no mention in the bylaws where a pool can be placed. Mr. Bonvie <br /> made a motion to sponsor the amendment to §174-31 note 23 at the next Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded yes. All were in favor to amend the bylaw. <br /> 13 <br />
