The Chair-inquired whether Mr. Chace had seen the new RPP and he <br /> responded that he had been advised that a draft would be available for the One Cape Conference. <br /> .regarding open space and affordable housing, Chairman wa. gan indicated that it was not solely <br /> the priority of the Planning Board,but also referenced in the Town Meeting Approved Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan and surveys, making them the priorities,of the Town. Mr. Chace responded <br /> that,, with a number of stakeholders involved, they needed to make the project viable. The Chair <br /> responded that it would be helpful if Mashpee Commons could provide comments and reaps <br /> shared by community members at the six visioning sessions and Ms. Wilbur responded that they <br /> would forward a link to Mr, Lehrer, to be forwarded to Board members. <br /> NIr. Chase inquired whether there were additional questions and the Chair inquired whether-the <br /> Board Secretary had received a hardcopy of the PowerPoint presentation from the last meeting <br /> which she had not, fir. Lehrer was in receipt of the presentation and would print out a copy. <br /> The Chair stated that the Open Meeting Law required that documents and presentations were <br /> considered public information and must be referred to in the minutes and dept on file. lir. <br /> Bal arini stated that he wished to see copies of the surveys and people's comments. The Chair <br /> inquired whether the visioning sessions were videotaped, stating that she had been unable to <br /> locate it online. The Chair inquired whether Mr. Chace, as the property owner, planned to <br /> withdraw PBC from the October Town Meeting and Mr. Chace responded that he did. Torn <br /> Ferronti of Mashpee Commons, responded that Mashpee Commons did not formally submit the <br /> document t the Board del ectn en, only presented the information for their review, to be <br /> considered to be placed on the October Town Meeting warrant as a.Selectmen's item. <br /> Selectman John Cotton was recpgnized and confirmed that the Board of Selectmen had not <br /> submitted any placeholders, adding that his request to allow the Planning Beard final approval <br /> was denied. Selectman Cotton confirtned that there was no other warrant or pl acehol der beyond <br /> what the Planning Board had submitted. Vanessa Farr and Cara Wilbur were present from <br /> Principle, on behalf of l ashpec Commons, to discuss MashpeeCommons' proposed Fonn- <br /> Based Code. Ms. Wilbur indicated that the survey responses and visioning summary could be <br /> found on the ma.shpeecommons,com website. <br /> Ms. Farr indicated that she was present to address any questions or concerns regarding the <br /> Admini strati on portion of their FBC and highlighting who currently had oversight of the <br /> Mashpee Commons Special Permit, issued in 1986. All projects were currently reviewed by the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals, including 40B prod ccts. The Planning Board and the Cape Cod <br /> Commission.had limited review for commercial spaces only. The North Market Street prof ect <br /> was a Special Permit project reviewed by the Planning Beard and the Cape Cod Commission, as <br /> a Development of Regional Impact T). <br /> Regarding the FBC Administration, Ms. Wilbur stated that they reordered Article?, <br /> Administration, and the Chair confirmed that the Planning Board was in receipt of a.revised <br /> A bole 7 to replace the section in the orivnal PBC draft. Ms. Wilbur-stated that the Master <br /> Planning Process was the first level of review that would consider the overall project, ensuring <br /> 5 <br />
