Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Sherman at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, September 24, 2018 Regular and ExecutiveSessions: <br /> Monday, October 15, 2018 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the minutes of September 24, 2018 and Monday, <br /> October 15, 2018 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Cahalane,yes Selectman Gottlieb,yes <br /> Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Darby Fallon a resident of 43 Cambridge Drive conveyed to the Board she has resided in the Town of <br /> Mashpee for the past 3.5 years, her husband is in the military. As an observation Ms. Fallon suggested the <br /> Town hold elections at the Mashpee Library as a platform to showcase the Iibrary building instead of utilizing <br /> the Christ the King Church. <br /> The main concern of Mrs. Fallon was the absence and dire need for a community center in Mashpec as there <br /> are no activities during the winter months. Mrs. Fallon indicated a community center is meaningful for the <br /> wellbeing of the community. <br />
