( lark Lee provided a drawing done by Cape <br /> Islands that should meet ghat is required. Joel Clifford informed Mr. Lee'that no one contacted the <br /> Fire Department and the concern is the elevation as your turn into the site. Joel explained engineer <br /> plans are needed with profile showing driveway and elevation. Joel explained that if plans were <br /> submitted ahead of time thea Mr. Lee would. have gotten feedback prior'to the meeting. <br /> IIIb. Lee said they moved the driveway to the side that doesn't have quite the same elevation <br /> as shown on earlier plan. He said the building is only 90X60. <br /> Not going to pave In the back. Joel advised back needs to be paved for fire truck access. <br /> Livia I l onteforte stated that John from Cape & Islands felt comfortable this proposal would <br /> meet the requirements. <br /> .Joyce Mason suggested Applicant have cape & Islands contact the Fire Inspector to work out <br /> wham is needed. <br /> Charlie Maintanis noted the drawing does not shover access aisles for handicap parking. <br /> Charlie saidY ou-need 2—one van accessible and plan has to show access aisles and any <br /> curb cut. <br /> • Torn Fudala stated the dungyp sten is located in a place where a truck cannot get to it. <br /> Ronnie Warden said Board of Health has no information regarding septic system. Mark Lee <br /> said it gill be same as on-previous plan. <br /> Tom Fudala advised they will have to go to Planning Board for special Permit for use. <br /> Landscape Plan would be needed. <br /> • Drainage Plan needed. <br /> Torn said they have to talk to State Highway Department regarding curb cut. Catherine <br /> Laurent said she will give there contact information. <br /> 9 Torn mentioned that fire-trucks would have a hard time getting to the left side of the building <br /> because of parking. <br />
