Mr. Zicko said new transformer is a lot quieter then <br /> before...big improvement in that regard. Replacement and added <br /> transformer will meet requirements. IIIb. Zicko said from experience with duplicate transformer <br /> next-to an existing one you, won't notice much of a difference in the property line, <br /> Tour Fudala mentioned that for years they were talking about adding another power line. Mr. <br /> Zicko said the project is being planned at very high level but he doesn't know where second <br /> line for that right-of- gray falls into that plan. <br /> Torr asked about the DPD zoning exemption. lir.
