NEW BUSINESS <br /> None at this time <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> None at this time <br /> CHAIRMAN'S REPORT <br /> The Chair reported that she had been in receipt of a letter from the Town Clerk regarding <br /> Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 268A, ,Section 23(b)(3), known as the Conflict of Interest Law, <br /> applied in cases of private financial interests or relationships. The Chair stated that she had neither, in <br /> regard to Warrant Article 16,Raze and Replace. <br /> The Chair also reported that, on August 28,Mashpee Commons acknowledged receipt of the <br /> Planning Board's list of 25 items requesting additional information regarding the Mashpee Commons <br /> by Design expansion located at the rotary. An email was received today from Tom Ferranti of <br /> Mashpee Commons, confirming that they were working to coordinate answers that would be available <br /> at this time. The Chair read for the record the letter. . 11 <br /> The Chair announced that the Town Meeting Warrant could now be found on the Town's <br /> website. Town Meeting will be held Monday, October 15 at 7 p.m. at the high ,school <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE UPDATES <br /> Community Preservation Committee-A memo from the CPC had been received regarding <br /> Community Preservation Act funding in Mashpee. Information was not included in the packet but Mr. <br /> Lehrer would forward the information. The Chair noted that the usefulness of the funds and the <br /> Committee was being considered and ideas for projects would be considered. <br /> Cape Cod Commission No update <br /> Design Review Committee--No update <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-No update <br /> Historic District Commission-No update <br /> N M.R Military Civilian Community Council-1VIlVM Joint Land Use Study-No update <br /> Plan Review-No update <br /> Greenaway Project& Quashnet Footbridge-No update <br /> PLANNING STAFF UPDATES <br /> Launch of OpenCounter Zoning Portal-Mr. Lehrer reported that the Zoning Portal was now <br /> live and explained that the portal would identify the allowable use for each parcel in Mashpee, along <br /> with the appropriate department contacts. The site would assist Mr. Lehrer as applicants would be able <br /> to print out their specific needs, while also providing Mr. Lehrer with data identifying who was <br /> searching for what on the portal and identifying potential needs for zoning changes. <br /> Administrative Secretary Vacancy Update-The posting would close tomorrow and <br /> interviews would begin in one week. <br /> Affordable Housing Working Group Progress-An RFP draft was being developed for 950 <br /> Falmouth Road, with evaluation criteria.
