Regarding <br /> drainage for the area, Mr. Rowley stated that Mr. Morin would need to develop an engineering plan, <br /> adding that the pavement should be 20 feet wide so that the whole pavement would be the same width <br /> from one end to another. <br /> Mr. Lehrer stated that, in anticipation of the nearing November 15 deadline, the Board could choose to <br /> take action on the Modification by removing the deadline or replace with an alternative date, prior to <br /> execution. Regarding the maintenance agreement, Mr. Morin suggested that, should there be an <br /> agreement amongst the neighbors to pave the road, there would be no need to maintain an asphalt road. <br /> Although a 20 foot width would be preferable, there would be a cost factor to consider but it would <br /> ultimately depend upon the Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Balzarini stated that he would offer an extension to Mr. Morin since he was making an effort to <br /> complete the work. Mr. Rowley stated that there was a December 15 deadline and suggested that the <br /> November 15 items (Condition Items 1 and 2) could be given that deadline to ensure the work was <br /> completed, much of which has already been completed. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion.
