The,Article recommends a change by eliminating the three year provision <br /> for the affordable Dousing lot, but allowing the market rate lot to be conveyed to open <br /> space. In addition, no more than 0% occupancy of the units in the subdivision could be <br /> achieved until the affordable lot Dad been transferred to an agency to be built. There was <br /> no additional con vent from the Board or public. The Board of Selectmen vote was 4 <br /> yes, 1 no. <br /> 3.
